Provider agrees to perform the following services for Client:
Project: Website Design & Development
Description: Custom responsive website including homepage, services page, contact form, and SEO fundamentals. Mobile-first design with modern aesthetic.
Deliverables: Source code, deployed website, documentation for content updates.
Any work beyond this scope requires a written change order agreed upon by both parties.
Estimated project timeline: 2–3 weeks from the date of deposit receipt.
Timelines are estimates and may vary due to client response time, scope changes, or unforeseen technical requirements.
Total project cost: $500.00
Accepted payment methods: Stripe, Zelle, Venmo, or bank transfer.
This agreement includes 2 rounds of revisions after each milestone delivery. Additional revisions will be billed at $75.00/hour.
A "revision" is defined as a set of changes submitted together within a single round of feedback. New feature requests are not revisions and require a change order.
Upon receipt of final payment in full, all deliverables and associated intellectual property rights are transferred to Client. Provider retains the right to display the work in their portfolio and marketing materials.
Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses. Provider will disclose all third-party dependencies used.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project, including business plans, trade secrets, customer data, and technical specifications. This obligation survives the termination of this agreement.
Client agrees to:
Delays caused by late client response may extend the project timeline accordingly.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice.
Provider's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client. Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss.
Provider does not guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue increases, traffic targets, etc.) unless explicitly stated in the Scope of Work.
Provider warrants that deliverables will function as described in the Scope of Work for 30 days after delivery ("Support Period"). During this period, Provider will fix bugs and functional defects at no additional charge.
This warranty does not cover issues caused by Client modifications, third-party integrations added after delivery, or hosting environment changes.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Agreement.
