By accessing or using the Your AI Partner website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Your AI Partner provides custom AI development, website design, chatbot setup, workflow automation, and related technology services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in individual Service Agreements or Statements of Work.

Upon receipt of final payment in full, all custom deliverables and associated intellectual property rights are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement. Your AI Partner retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.
Third-party assets (open source libraries, fonts, stock images) remain subject to their respective licenses.

Your AI Partner's total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
We warrant that delivered work will function as described in the agreed Scope of Work for 30 days after delivery. This warranty covers bugs and functional defects. It does not cover issues caused by client modifications, third-party integrations added after delivery, or hosting environment changes.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 7 days written notice. If the client terminates, payment is due for all work completed to date and the deposit is non-refundable. If we terminate, we deliver all completed work and refund payment for undelivered portions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action, with venue in Mecklenburg County, NC.
